Preparation

  1. Preheat the deep fryer 175 °C (350 °F).
  2. Crush the corn tortilla chips and place them in a bowl.
  3. Prepare one owl with the beaten eggs and another with the flour.
  4. Remove the sausage meat from the casings and form 3 balls per sausage.
  5. Insert a large piece of cheese curd into the center of each ball.
  6. Dip the balls in the flour, then the egg, and finish by coating them in the crushed chips.
  7. Fry for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
