William J. Walter Saucissier
A family passion since 1986

At William J. Walter Saucissier, we’ve been innovating and reinventing ourselves since 1986.

A proud Quebec family business founded by the Cusson brothers—Jean, Paul, and Robert—, this local success story stems from a strong commitment to innovation and a desire to provide sausage lovers with a fresh, delicious selection. After a successful hockey career in Switzerland, Jean Cusson returned home in 1985 with the innovative idea of producing and selling high-quality sausages.

The concept took off quickly. Today, the William J. Walter network boasts 35 locations across the province, offering over 60 varieties of fresh sausages.
