Veal sausage seasoned with a basil pesto and small bits of bocconcini.

    Veal, water, rice flour, bocconcini, pesto (fresh fine herbs[parsley, basil], canola oil, sea sal, lemon juice [concentrate and fresh], fresh garlic), salt, vinegar, spices, garlic powder, sodium ascorbate, sodium phosphate.

  • Cooking fresh sausages

    1. In a casserole, bring water to a simmer.
    2. Add the sausages in the water for 10 minutes.
    3. Brown the sausages on a BBQ or in a frying pan.

    Preservation of sausage

    Fresh sausages can be kept one to two days in a refrigerator.
    Beyond that period you may freeze them. Make sure to use freezer bags.
    In order to unfreeze the product, place in the refrigerator as you would do for ground meat.
