Before freezing your sausages, we recommend cooking (blanching) them. The ideal way to freeze your sausages is in a vacuum pack. If this isn’t an option for you, use a freezer container or bag, or wrap the sausages individually in plastic film. The sausages will then keep for 3 months in the freezer.
