Plank grilling is a delicious way to cook sausages. To start, heat your plank over a medium-high heat until it’s nice and hot. Brush the sausages with olive oil and place them on the plank. Leave the sausages to cook for around 5 to 8 minutes on each side, turning them regularly to ensure they cook evenly. Sausages are cooked when their internal temperature reaches 71°C for red meats and 74°C for chicken, turkey and duck.
