Do you offer any German sausages?

We offer an array of German sausages:

• Knackwurst, also known as Cervella, is a lightly smoked pork, beef and veal sausage.
• Wienerwurst (or Wiener), also known as Viennese or Frankfurt, is always a good choice. It is like a traditional American-style hot dog, but with top-quality ingredients.
• Weisswurst is a veal, pork and beef sausage whose meat has been churned, giving it a very smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture. It is also known as white sausage or the German version of boudin blanc (not to be confused with the French version of boudin blanc made from poultry).
• Oktoberfest, similar to Weisswurst, is spiced up with peppercorns and parsley, making it a very tasty sausage.
